they didn't send off my v5 document off so now got the hassle of getting it myself and they tell me that the car went through their garage but now finding everything wrong with it not impressed don't touch with a barge pole.
Absolute shambles when it comes to dealing with the documents, V5 etc. They will just tell you anything but the truth. They sound very convincing but never live up to their word. Had to go through the hassle and cost of getting a replacement V5 because they will not do it. Such a bunch of wasters. Do not believe them when they tell you they will sort out the V5. They will have absolutely no intention whatsoever.
Although I was assured by Camran when I chased a week ago that the V5 had been posted to the DVLA, this was in fact a lie. The DVLA confirmed that there was nothing received, nothing being processed at all. The car purchase was on the 23rd March, it is now 19th April. I am getting road tax reminders for my part exchanged car, and legally I am still the owner, therefore still having responsibility for the car.
