Almost impossible to get a response from any of their emails. Ordered a new back wheel after speaking to them finally, chased the status 13 days after, no reply. Chased them another 2 days in a row multiple times a day, no reply. Finally I get a notification from my bamk that the order has been refunded. No reason or response to my queries. Now I'm left trying to find this with another supplier in time for a show in less than 12 days. Disgusting customer service and will not be recommending or using them again.
