It's a very unprofessional practice. Been waiting for an appointment for months and finally got to book one in but on the day of my appointment was told it will be a private treatment rather than the original one that was booked for NHS. Taken the day off work and then being told to pay for my treatment which was not was agreed in the first place and then Dr Jagsi talking to me as if it's all my fault even though the receptionist that booked me in had confirmed its under the NHS. I have been to a few dentists over the years but none have ever exceeded the care I received from Dr Jagsi, from start to finish he kept me informed of everything he was doing, and I suffered no real pain. An excellent dentist I would highly recommend 🙂
