Bought a one bed apartment with parking in Sherwood. Reserved off plan, and was able to choose the flooring, and choice of kitchen units, for no added cost which was a nice benefit. Very pleased with the service from start to finish, and have been in for a few months now. Came with a 10 year new build warranty, and all new finishes.
Just moved into a new apartment in Nottingham and very pleased. The bathroom and kitchen finishes are very good, and I was able to choose the flooring of my choice. Dani, the After Care Manager, was excellent and gave me and my partner a full handover on completion day, and visited us a week later to check in on us. Would recommend, excellent value, and based in Nottingham as well, so very accessible and available.
Sort the mess out on sherwood rise, garbage everywhere.
