After braking a part in the oven that the tray fits into in my combination oven after cleaning it, they promised to order a new part. After several WEEKS now of calling them and leaving over a DOZEN voicemails knowone has had the courtesy to return any of my calls. Yet they advertise as providing "excellent customer service".

Incredibly professional and friendly service
Polite, Professional, oven looks like new. Took his time and did a marvellous job. Would recommend, I would use them again.
Do not use under any circumstances. Incompetent operator but much worse is the company not admitting their mistake and trying to blame the customer. Had to threaten to sue before they would admit it was their fault. Worst experience I've ever had of any one coming into my home to do a job.
