Always such a treat going into this HMV. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful! I came in once looking for a Chainsaw Man related present for a friend without a clue what Chainsaw Man was. Henry and Joe were very kind and located every thing to do with the anime for me. They even went into the back just to check, and came back with the perfect plush, which my friend loved!
My wife and I bought a turn table online for out daughter's Xmas present and selected the collect from store feature. The website assured us it would arrive 2 days before Xmas.we recieved a dispatched email a day before Xmas eve then nothing! As of yet.. still nothing (1st January). I went into the store for the 3rd time to see if it's arrived and we just haven't recieved the email telling us to collect to be told blankly that it will probably be next week, or the week after!!!
