Great staff – handled a tricky moment really well While visiting the HMV Poole store, my husband stepped in front of a lady in an aisle to pass by — just as she went to reach for an item. It was a simple human error, and he immediately apologised. Unfortunately, the lady became quite upset, but the staff behind the till noticed straight away and kindly checked we were okay, offering to help if needed.
