I live in Reading, but visit Basingstoke for a change. Yesterday 20.01.2026. I visited the store and decided to purchase a record. I took it to the till and paid for it. The young lady serving turned the screen around, so I could put my e-mail address in for the receipt to be emailed to me. As I had finished typing it in. The till crashed. Amazing experience when purchasing my record player! The assistant George went above and beyond in helping me find what I was looking for and making sure that I had everything I needed with my record player for proper care and set-up. Further to this he also helped me with finding a record I have been craving to listen to (Linkin park - meteora special splatter vinyl). Would highly recommend this store
