Staff were helpfull, but was very quiet in the new location.
Appalling lost property policy. My partner lost a sterling silver highland cow charm. we went round every shop we'd been in 2 days later to try and find it. The staff there admitted to finding the charm, but said that all unclaimed lost property is thrown away at the end of each day. That was the last piece of jewelry my partners Grandma gave to her.
