The staff had a challenge when 28 people turned up at the same time ,the kitchen and serving staff did great ,much appreciated thank you
I always go to h.m.v in Chester whenever i visit the city.They have excellent customer service,friendly and knowledgeable staff-who are always helpful.
I regularly go to this store however due to the staff attitude I'll go elsewhere in the future. One female staff member is very polite and helpful however the bald male staff member has a major attitude problem. Every time you buy something from this store if he is on the checkout he demands that you provide an e mail address. If you decline he becomes arrogant and argumentative.
