This review refers only to their recent re-fit, not their staff, who are generally excellent. It is really difficult finding anything in this store now. 4Ks and Blu Rays are now in multiple locations depending on whether they are on offer, a collector's item, new release or normal price. And, all shelving is low down...why can't all display shelves be at eye-level? It doesn't seem like a good use of space to me as it is currently presented. I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Elle at the HMV in Nottingham Victoria Centre. ​Walking into a store with so much choice can be overwhelming, but Elle made the experience effortless. Staff are always very helpful. Always have the answers we’re looking for. We always come to this hmv store. It’s the best one we have ever been to.

Very helpful lad on the desk, while I struggled with lack of wi-fi and data signal near the tills . Had to go to the door and load the bank app. Come on HMV, get a repeater near the tills at I'm sure most people use their card or phone to pay these days esp in HMV
