Normally hate this place. Today however lady at the till was the most helpful and efficient I've come across. 9am ISH!
I shop here often for great movie deals, today I went in to purchase a movie recently released on DVD. It was right at the front of the store which I found super helpful as I sometimes get overwhelmed looking in the shelves. I was then served by a lovely woman on the till named Natalia, she was very bubbly and friendly. She made an effort to make conversation with me about the movie I was buying which has made me excited to watch the film. I love this HMV. I am an avid HMV enjoyer and this one has to be my favourite location. The staff are kind and understanding and the stick is always good!!! My number one place for first hand CDs and books! :)
Nice and clean place, friendly staff, I was expected to find more metal albums in there, some new releases but it wasn't the case. That's why I dropped the rating to 4 stars.
