Not as good as it used to be.
Good staff, decent shop
I came into HMV today looking for some specific cat figurines. When I couldn’t find them on the shelves I went and asked at the till and was directed to the help of Lily F. Lily looked round the shop for us then checked the store room where she found them. There are several variants of the figurines and Lily helped me to find the ones I needed to complete my collection.
