Great customer service! I stupidly bought the wrong pair of headphones, but the staff let me return them and get some new ones without charging me any extra - they were super friendly about it as well!
Went to HMV yesterday and was helped immensely by Matthew and Beverly. Not only were they super super patient with my mum and I, but they also helped us find exactly what she wanted which was so nice as she was visiting me. Thank you Matthew and Beverly for picking out cards and being lovely.
