went in today at 2pm, the upstairs with all the cds and lps was completely shut off for a stock take. as well as this all of the dvds were blocked off for the same reason. whats the point in being open if you cant bloody look at any media whatsoever. stop cutting costs and pay your emloyees the overtime to do it after hours

Sorry to say that the store is filthy, the stairs in particular are terrible. Expensive as well, have found many items much cheaper online for the same item. On the plus side staff are friendly but that’s not enough to get me to part with my cash in there. Sorry, loved HMV back in the day.
