Excellent customer service from Joe at HMV Northampton..although I don't do online shopping and the film dvd I wanted was not in stock. Joe went out of his way to find and order it for me whilst also getting to grips with a new computer system. All with a cheery smile and positive attitude made it a very pleasant shopping experience at HMV. Thanks Joe.

Very dissapointed i was extremly shocked the last time i used this place and got over charged for record sleeves i brought 15 in total and one was a bundle at 8.49 but the others as i made a purchase was 0.85 normally each nope not the case for me the guy who served me charged me a horrid 16 pound odd in total but visited other stores and brought more sleves (manch) way and that wasnt the case i dont think i be keen ever again too buy much from this store total let down 👎

An enjoyable hmv ! It is tucked up away on the second floor of the shopping centre. Quite a large shop without many colleagues working. I found it a little difficult to find vinyl dependent on genre, i wanted to look for some ariana grande albums!!! But i think that was just me not looking properly. I’d come back to have another look !
