Really helpful polite and I got what i needed
I do not reccomend shopping at this store as staff here have major attitude problems and likes to excuse people who make a minor error of shoplifting. The staff offers no apologies and claims it's store policy. I have shopped in multiple HMV stores across the country and have NEVER been treated in such a disrespectful way. They don't care about the customers here, nor do they understand that some customers may have hidden disabilities. A complaint against this disgusting member of staff has been made.
