Was told for my kid to stop running around made me uncomfortable and put me off buying anything from these shops ever again they way the staff treated us and I normally spend a fortune in there bad customer service avoid I spoke to the customer service they investigated it just to basically say the employee was in the right to speak to my child like that so hmv think it’s acceptable to speak to your kids like crap good policy.
HVM Bexleyheath is a great store overall, the layout is clean, the product range is impressive, and the customer service is generally very good. I’ve always enjoyed browsing there, especially for collectibles and Pokémon products, which are usually well-stocked and fairly priced. However, one disappointing issue is that some of the staff appear to buy up a large portion of the Pokémon items as soon as they come in.
