Extremely helpful staff and great selection.
I have found HMV stores tend to have some of the most friendly and helpful staff, however this was not the case for Harlow store. Shocking customer service skills and no clue about consumer laws. Will not be returning to this store. Will stick with Colchester and Basildon who are very helpful.

i really love the selection of merch,vinyls, movies, pins! now that i live in america i definitely miss going to hmv as its always one of my favorite stores :) Newbury comics is similar but not as good and the staff at hmv are always the nicest people ever :3
