Really annoying not being able to phone the store directly. Must lose many sales, they do from me. Same as most HMV's, carries limited music media as half the store is full of tat.
Probably one of the only places in Luton mall where you will get good customer service. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable. I always find what I’m looking for, a good variety of products and fun to browse. I usually like the music that’s played instore. Why this place isn’t packed with people more often is beyond me. Only thing I would suggest is maybe offering small paper bags to pop CD purchases in. Yes, I know you can buy the reusable ones! Otherwise… Keep up the good work!
Great collection of DVD, Blu Ray, Vinyl, record players, comic books and now books Staff and wonderful and know their stuff Wonderful addition to the town centre
