staff are EXCELLENT. They seriously care about your requests or needs, no matter your age (which nowadays I find matters most as young people can be neglected in customer service). I went in looking for a Mazzy Star vinyl, and a lovely man had stopped his work behind the till and genuinely looked everywhere for me, he would not give up, I was so thrilled with the service, It did not matter to me that they did not have the vinyl even though it says online they did, he was very very apologetic and so so very kind.
