Went into the store today with my son. My lad was looking at the posters. Tyler informed us the shop was now closed, but my lad hadn't decided on what posters he wanted. Tyler got on the computer, looked for the band posters numbers, and helped us find what we wanted. He allowed us an additional 10 minutes to make our purchase. We had a laugh at the till. Loved it
Went into HMV in Cventry city centre today and the woman that served me was beyond rude, she was absolutely vile! I told her that she was rude and she became more agitated! I left the shop but went back in and spoke to a male staff member and he didn’t seem too bothered at all, he said sorry but I was shocked at the way that woman spoke to me. Needless to say I’ll buy elsewhere in future.
