I give HMV Wigan 5 stars. I visit every now and again, and on my latest visit I was served by Lucy B. She was very kind and welcoming while I was paying for a Funko. Staff like Lucy really make the shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you, HMV, for the great service—I’ll definitely be back again someday!
Love going to this place however there is 2 guys who work there and they are very unsettling it makes the environment uncomfortable. This is because he is always staring at people the other day I was in hmv trying to find some cds for my collection and he was staring so hard it made me uncomfortable I had to leave. Just a warning
