We love HMV and are so happy there’s still a branch in Leicester. My partner loves their Blu-ray selection, while I enjoy everything else ~ especially the plushies and gift ideas. It’s like stepping into a toy shop; such a happy place. The store is spread across three floors, so there are quite a few steps, but escalators and lifts are available.

Served by Sal, while I was only shopping for a gift she was positive, seemed genuinely happy to help and radiated a Christmas warmth I can only one day aspire to have.
