My first time visiting this store was very impressed with customer service & quality of merchandise. I brought some earphones, which have excellent sound & built quality, staff member was very helpful advising me on best earphones. Will be back again, am a happy customer.
I came in today to the HMV at Bentall to purchase equipment needed for new vinyl player and a new vinyl and needed help using a voucher as well; the person who assisted me - Nathan was very kind and helpful and made my trip very enjoyable and efficient. Top tier customer service and I will definitely be back for future purchases, Thank you so much!
