Amazing shop! Been there twice now. First time got an attack on titan final season poster,DP&W on dvd, Jeff the land shark graphic novel and a Funko pop also a couple of CDs (very pleasantly surprised) they had NF. Went back with a mate the following Monday got another Funko and graphic novel. Both times the employee ringing me up was happy and helpful!
Great service wide range of merchandise and decent prices
I had a very disappointing experience at HMV today. I found the customer service to be poor, and I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and the overall experience left me frustrated. I expected much better service from a well-known store. Based on my visit, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it.
i went to the hmv in kingston and had a lovely experience ! i was after the new bts vinyl which wasn’t on the shop floor, i was also looking for a vinyl which had the cover of a specific band member. i asked Nathan for information about if they had it in stock, he checked for me and brought out a stack of vinyls to look through. amongst the stack he gave me, there wasn’t the particular vinyl i wanted. i asked again if there was any stock of the specific vinyl i wanted, and apologised for the inconvenience, to which he was ad... read more
