Don't phone them to try and resolve issues they have caused, because you are charged around 50ppm by your mobile provider. Worse, their line is automatically held while someone attends the phone, which in my case took 8 minutes. Total cost on my O2 bill just under a tenner. Absolute rip-off which you are not informed about at the start of the call.

Small but compact place. The shop is tidy and well kept. And generically the staff is friendly
