Love this store. Come here all the time its my favourite local hmv but sometimes staff pressure you to hand over email details rather then to accept paper receipt which is what i prefer. One guy was patronizing explaining to me we are trying not to do that anymore a said well i would still like the receipt please. bad attitude not every body wants to hand over there personal emails just so they can buy an old cd/dvd.
The shop is about to close in 15 minutes and im coming in quickly for one thing. The guy with the glasses shouts aggressively at me making me feel very anxious and uncomfortable.
