i absolutely love this specific hmv, me and my friend used to visit here almost everyday after lunch and purchase cds if we found any albums we like:) i’d also like to add that the employees here are just fabulous and always up to date with what the artists of the album you’re buying is up to (happened when i was buying a james marriott cd and a conan gray cd). also elle was amazing, she asked me how i felt about wishbone since i was purchasing the found heaven cd, we chatted for a bit before i left the store.
Lovely to see physical media and the staff were lovely.
Tyler was great! Hope he gets rewarded for his great customer service skills. Him and I believe the manager helped me on till and we had a lovely chat that brightened my day. Keep the good work Tyler!
