What a lovely shop. Accessible, and the staff were lovely especially a young lady called Amy, she was so helpful for me, nothing was too much trouble for her. Well done young lady.

I really do love this hmv but when it comes to the kpop section it’s so mediocre.. the same albums are always there and there’s barely anything new. New albums won’t be there for weeks and would only be available on their website. I’ve been there multiple times hoping to get special albums but it’s only the popular ones.. there’s literally almost no nct or enhypen. Please upgrade it. Thank you
Saw cd on ebay h.m.v. went to shop to get or order one.and got told there are not ordering of the website .the are only selling stuff in the shop as its not a website. I always try to get from shop .to keep shop open as I have said before. My sister and friends son said they will get from amazon or ebay. To get the ones I want
