Service is very lackluster by younger staff. I went in asking for advice on where the Holiday Vinyls were and didn't even know. It's a big store so took me ages to find the section. Turns our had several sections. Maybe have till staff trained on the shopfloor not just tills. HMV should be specialist in music but, the staff seem completely disengaged and everything seems to be an "effort" to them, shame how customer service has turned into self service With a really bad layout of things just randomly around the floor it was ... read more
