This is better than any of the HMVs in Manchester, the selection is much bigger and better. Good location just next to the fountain (google maps takes you to the wrong place)

Tried to order a cd,could not get it for me,but had one in Liverpool, so I said can you keep it till iget to Liverpool, and he said no ,it's a joke,so I had to order of ebay and got it
Very poor customer service during my recent visit on 17/07/26. The staff member was chatting with a colleague throughout the entire transaction — felt rude and dismissive. I asked for student discount and had to step outside to load Unidays due to no signal in-store, even though I had my physical student ID card. This should have been accepted.
