A typical selection of things you'd expect from an HMV. I can't really complain about that. However, the lift is broken. This is something that needs addressed, as those with accessibility needs are essentially relegated to browsing the ground floor. I'm hoping that HMV will rectify the situation, as this cost them my custom.
Attended for Pokémon realised day. Before opening the store opening, manager said we didn't get any cards and we not had them over a year. But spoke to customer service over the phone and they said they received it and was told to ring back if staff said they haven't received it. Hope this gets investigated as staff members are taking the cards probably manager and selling them online for higher prices. Shame on you we have a very upset 10 year old.
