This was my first ever experience at a HMV store, I was kindly assisted by Zara who gave me a guide around the store and assisted me at the tills too. Excellent service, will come again.
I adore this HMV and HMV as a whole, I wouldn’t buy my media anywhere else but it is really disappointing that when there is a heatwave the shop can’t even turn on its AC units, visited today and due to the humidity in there I had to leave before buying anything due to the heat, and this isn’t the first time it’s been like this. Staff are great though and so is the range.
Staff here are always helpful and willing to help out. Situated on the lower level of the Harlequin Shopping Centre near Boots.
