I was so pleased with the service I received in the Kettering HMV this morning I asked to see the manager just to praise the young bloke that attended to my needs today. He was very pleasant and in a jolly mood; he certainly lifted my mood! Unfortunately I neglected to get his name or I would mention it herein. Last week I accidentally purchased a CD I already had, it was exchanged (at my request) without any hassle at all. Sally Assistance Hound (now deceased sadly) has been in the shop with me in the past, without issue.
