I was asssisted by both Emily and Holly, they knew where every product I asked for was and was extremely welcoming to me. Even went above and beyond for me when I requested about assisting me with social media! They made my experience literally perfect!!

I visited this store exactly a week ago (Wednesday night) after finishing work. I arrived around 20:30 to look for some films I’d been wanting for a long time and I’ve been here before and always found the staff professional but this experience was incredibly disappointing. At around 20:40, well before the 21:00 closing time, a staff member behind the till loudly shouted ‘I can’t wait to get back home guys.' Life4cuts machine took half an hour to work, when it worked i tapped my card and the transaction was cancelled my friends tapped their card instead and it charged them. Took the photos and it wouldn’t let us select which photos we wanted- got staff to help but they didn’t know how to either. Woke up this morning to a £8 charge on my credit card and my friends despite mine not going through there, tried calling the hmv using the number on google and it doesn’t go through.
