Popped in for a child dvd for my 6 year old on the sales counter was some coaster looking yellow items for sale with F@#k written on them the correct way! I turned it over and said it was not a great place to put that in front of young children faces my child can read. Yet the sales person just turned it back over regardless. This is crass, unnecessary, tasteless and inappropriate for a shop trying to appeal to all ages. This would put me off returning! Disappointing HMV

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to replace my defective headphones.
My experience there was very bad, there is only guy he don’t know how to talk with costumer, he was very rude, he don’t know how to behave with customers. We aren’t getting any thing for free from your shop ok so just learn how to behave with costumer’s. Other staffs are very polite rather than him.
