Nice shop still able to get cds in high street
Dissapointing experience with pre order system. Wouldnt use them again. Whilst i have been into the store on several occasions, and find the staff really helpful, and generally find the range of stock decent, a recent pre order has left me certain that i wont be using the store again, or indeed, hmv for any similar things in the future. Basically, an item was due to be released the same day as someones birthday.
