My husbands doctor called to him admitted to the er. 4 hours later we are still waiting to see a doctor. There was a birthday party going on though! If this is #1 in New Jersey it makes sense to go to another state. What does it take???? I am disgusted annoyed and wouldn't come back here agsin
From the emergency room all the way to the 5th floor Pavillian East everyone was great. The nurses, doctors and all the assistants were extremely professional and caring. They could not do enough. I've had experiences with other hospitals and this one by far is ahead of the game.
I had the misfortune to go to this Emergency room early May 2016. I received the worst care I have ever witnessed. I was so sick in so much pain. I was taken to a room and given a Percoset. The doctor eventually came in and said he wasn't going to manage my care and sent me packing. I had a raging internal infection that went untreated and undiagnosed. The patient experience people couldn't care less. This Percocet cost me $1,500.00 This place is a disgrace to the medical community- I would say to anyone DON"T GO THERE!!!

I have called this place to make an appointment but it took me a week to get a proper answer, I understand they are busy, but every time I spoke with the lady working there, she was rudeeee! They didnt tell me I should fast before the operation, so I had to wait extra four hours which made me lose my appointment with my own doctor and have it with another one. Overall, some of the nurses and the doctor were really professional and nice.
