If I could give Zero stars, I would. I arrived at the emergency room with a bleeding laceration, and waited nearly two hours in "prompt care" before my wound was even looked at. By the time someone came in, I was experiencing immense pain. I was advised that I would be taken to get an X-ray too see if I broke my finger/hand, and that I would be seen by a hand specialist. Neither happened. Finally a nurse practitioner came to see me after another hour of waiting, and was the only one who actually did help and tend to me. She ... read more

My son is 5 and had surgery on his ears yesterday. He was ok until he had to put on the hospital gown. The staff was very comforting and made sure he was ok. They made sure my son and I both understood everything that was happening. There was someone from start to finish to ensure we both had everything that was needed for comfort. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone. They are welcoming and loving from the parking lot security to the recovery staff. Start to finish was excellent.
