Never never have I ever had a problem until today. I went to the radiology department at 1pm asked for my films of my last mammogram. They now put it on a cd great wouldn't take to long. Well I was wrong, I go the receptionist and ask how much longer for the cd? She gives me the "omg I forgot look" asked me what's your name� of course as I walk in she is having a conversation with someone. Dear Hackensack Hospital, my daughter had surgery 10 years ago and it was a good experience. However I am having a horrific experience getting her medical records. She recently was accepted (early) to West Point. Before it becomes final they need to medically clear her. We need those records. Since September 20th we have been faxing, calling and requesting these records. (I have all the receipts) Your people have sent us the wrong forms to fill out, the wrong fax number to send.
