SOMC is still the crappy community hospital it always was. They slapped some lights out front and changed their name but the administration still doesn’t feel accountable to the patients. They provide inadequate customer service and a lack of regard for patients

Obviously, he could not but I had to give it a shot and ask! My husband and son are his patients as well. RecommendedDr Ian Hughes and the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful, non-alarming, and friendly. I felt in good care and was able to relax while going through a bad moment. I’m happy I went there to find help.
After days of asking for help, security has finally written a report on my sister's missing belongings, which is actually the most minor of the horrors she's experienced, but the most pressing issue at the moment. They say they won't investigate until Monday. I've sent an email to admin which will most likely sit there until Monday as well.
