I had an O.p and if you go at your time like at 12:00pm you leave at 3:00pm they never have the doctor see you right on your o.p and anyone checking you.😡🤯🤦♀️ Like I was in so much pain ...

THANK GOD for this man and this place.My son is still there, but making great recovery progress after MRSA caused endocarditis (infection in the heart) :( No hospital is perfect or fun, but we will always be grateful <3

RecommendedJust wanted to thank all the Doctors and staff for being patience, knowledgeable and the wonderful job they all did while I was there. You all surpass the excellent job each and everyone in Hackensack Hospital do. Not only is Hackensack my # 1 hospital but I will have my hernia surgery done there in the near future. My dad is in trauma center. My mom suffered a lot of agony this evening . She frantically was looking for a doctor to help her but couldn't find one . Its is very sad from a reputational hospital like yours . I had to then call customer service when Rachel came on the phone to help. You need to understand the urgency of situation.
