The ER is awful! The nurse’s station just ignores the call light. I’m in here now! Not one nurse came to check on me! I have a disability and a failing organ. This is terrible!
RecommendedMy son was airlifted to Hackensack UMC in extremely critical condition after a horrible motorcycle accident. He did lose his leg and suffered multiple fractures and severe trauma to his arm. The trauma team was AMAZING. He spent 20 days here before going on to rehab. The nurses cared for my son as if he were family. We cannot praise this hospital and their staff enough.
