I went to the ED with chest pain at the request of my cardiologist. Granted I had a CT which did not show a PE. I was discharged home without any relief to my pain. I continue to be frustrated that I have a high copay but was sent home the way I went in. I work in healthcare and was extremely disappointed with the care. This company got paid by my insurance company then sent me a bill which I paid for the same procedure. I was told a refund check was being processed since March, 3 months ago. Don't pay unless you're sure. They will not refund then lie when you call.

I the process of writing a letter. Was an emergency admission May 31, 2018 and spent 6/7 days in ICU. Discharged after 9 days. Received my co-pay bill of $100 which I immediately paid. June 2019 I get a letter from a collection agency for $1039.91. Collections tell me I have no insurance. Really?? No insurance then how did they know to bill for a co-pay?? And WHY after all this time not one piece of correspondence. How do you do this to people?? Collections is contacting my insurance. 000000 is my score for this hospital.

Been there for more than 15 years they lost my trust and faith I’m looking for a new family doctor this place is horrible
patient care, treat sick patients like ppl and not garbage as a #$. some very rude staff and will even argue over stupid crap since they didn't even bother to help with health care
RecommendedI have to say this is first time ever here and was highly impressed with entire experience for my mother . From the register gentleman Cleat and Lorraine to Annamarie the nurse who was outstanding and also the PA Victoria who was kind and attentive.From someone who works in the hospital system in Patient Experience I was extremely impressed .
