This is a terrible hospital. PERIOD. My brother was admitted here and because they didn’t read his charts right the first time he went into a seizure and had to go back. Next, I had the displeasure of going to the emergency room and was treated terribly by a nurse who was extremely rude and even yelled at another patient who was crying in pain because she couldn’t take the pain anymore to lay in the position she was in. No one should have to go to the ER and be emotionally abused. I hope that girls mother sues.

Terrible staff check ups. They tell you one thing and it doesn’t get done until 1 hour later I’ve been in here since 12:00pm it currently is 5:04pm all this time to do a chest X-ray. In my opinion go to a different hospital this one well Be out of service soon.
My 82 year old mother had an awful experience. Main ER nurses are indifferent, overwhelmed, and do not follow proper infection control procedures.
RecommendedI would like to praise the ER Pediatric Team for being exceptional in one of the scariest times of a parents’ life. My son was brought to the ER in need of stitches on his face. My husband & I were terrified but Dr. Moses & all the doctors & nurses were extremely caring. They helped us & did an awesome job calming my son. You can tell they really care about their patients.
unhappy, spent 9 hours in the ER last night saw the doctor twice for less than 2 minutes. nurse barely came when i called him. never answered my questions, never found out why i could barely breathe and had chest pains.. and then went to RWJ tonight.. in and out in 3 hours and found out was wrong and they were super busy. yet last night at Raritan Bay it isn’t busy.

go elsewhere....even if you have to drag yourself elsewhere....anywhere else but her.e I walked into the ER bc i was in pain.....sat for an hour....a nurse took my BP, temp and pulse....waited another hour....saw Dr marco propersi for under 5 mins. He told me i'd need a chest xray and or cat scan, but those tests would take 2-3 hours. I got up and left. Fast forward 2 weeks....they billed my insurance cc over $1500 for that visit and i got billed $153 for a copay. The reason? its "level 1 ER care" care??? what care?? called ... read more
RecommendedI have been a patient there. I have always been treated with respect. I do say when u need to go to the emergency room it can be a lengthy wait. So don’t go unless you need emergency care.
