My primary care doctor wrote me a referral for my annual pelvic ultrasound and mammogram and Palisades medical center will only allow me to have these tests at their location if I pay my deductible upfront. Combined with my co-pay would be $3,100 for a doctor ordered, annual pelvic ultrasound and mammogram. I carry the BRCA1+ gene for breast and ovarian cancer. this the worst visit I ever had here I waited in the ER for 3hrs to be seen 1hr for results I never recieved ..... while I love the peds services and staff i wasn't too keen on the adult side
