I would avoid this company they never answer the phone and the customer service is non existant. I bought a sofabed last october with 12 month warranty. They do not like you using credit cards to pay as you have extra safegaurd. We bought the sofabed as we live in 1 bed bungalow and my hubbie needs 24hour care. We had not used the bed section untill june this year as i was in hospital and daughter and kids needed to stay with hubbie.
