IT IS CLOSED, AND CLEARLY EMPTY.AND ACCORDING TO AN OFFICE NEARBY THEY HAVE BEEN HAVING PEOPLE CALLING IN THEIR OFFICE TRYING TO FIND IT FOR TWO YEARS NOW. COME ON CUSTOMS AND REVENUE GET YOUR FINGER OUT. LOOKS LIKE THE NEAREST OFFICE IS IN LONDON

tax is unavoidable yet mistakes are made==why are there no offices around the country, even of they were only in city areas--voice message service is irrelevant, there is no way most queries can be resolved without speaking to an actual human being; far too long waiting to be connected, approx. 40mins!!! Absolute shambles!! Got through to Mohammed - with parrot sqwarking in the background, clearly at home, couldn't have been any less interested in what I had to say. How on earth they are allowed to get away with such shoddy, inept, pathetic service is staggering.............. PLEASE SOMEONE IN GOV. KICK THEM UP THE REAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
