Useless bunch of unprofessionals. Wether you phone or visit. How on earth these miserable clowns get any kind of customer service job is beyond comprehension. Thanks for causing me so much stress. Quick to take your money but impossible to get any kind of help put of them
Important Note! This office in Sapphire Plaza,Reading is empty I was told, they have shifted to London.
They overcharged, appealed it still waiting for their response more than 3 months
