Purchased from their Amazon page and when the product failed the 4 year warranty was worthless, they expected me to post a bath lift which is large back to them for inspection even though photos clearly showed it broke, their emails were patronising and dismissive and bizarre, sending reams of information on how to assemble the product even though it is broken in half, and that I had been assembling it perfectly well for 18 months, then asking for photos of it in the bath again even though it cannot be assembled to go back i... read more

The staff were so helpful. The price I paid for my power wheelchair was much cheaper than in other stores or online.. Thank you. 2 years on. The power wheelchair I bought from the shop is still working very well. the suppliers they buy from are the best,. The staff in the shop know what the products they supply are suitable for each customer. The staff really seem to care about what they are selling to a customers.

My mother recently purchased a bath lift from H&M mobility.Such a helpful company. The lift arrived within 48 hours! So easy to assemble & use.Has made a world of difference to ‘bathing’. Can’t recommend H&am and their products highly enough.
