Top drawer service. Phil is a proper methodical engineer, using all of the provided drawings and tech manuals to actually resolve the issues. His experience led him to find issues created by other "engineers" over the years and managed to make some adaptations to our lift, meaning it should prove much more reliable in the future too. First class and fully deserving of the full 5 stars.
Miranda at Hiwire saved the day for me and my new little family and on Easter bank holiday no less, without her we would’ve been stuck up a creek with no paddle but she took time out of her day to get us home when the property owners did nothing to help. Honestly the kindness Miranda showed for us proves there are good people in the world. I’d double the rating to 10 stars if I could. Amazing company and amazing staff.
