Can't give 0 but I would if I could. Don't even bother ordering with this company. Customer service is good but I'm not sure where they find their drivers as they are lazy and careless. My parcel was 'delivered to me' when the photo uploaded was not my house or my signature. The parcel was delivered at a house (they wouldn't tell me the address to go and get it) WHICH IS A 15 MINUTE WALK AWAY. I was told to just speak to Zara to get my money back. Tired of all of these delivery companies hiring incels.

Horrible!!!!! I’ve ordered parcel from Zara. I’ve paid next day delivery, is over the week and I still don’t have my parcel!!!!!! I’m trying to reach them online but I’m speaking only with robot. Disappointed!!!!! Where is my parcel ????????????
