I would give them zero stars for customer service if possible. Went there an hour ago to collect a parcel, and the experience was so terrible and hostile! They made me go through the parcel collection bags to find my parcel (as if it is my job to do that), chided me for looking in the wrong bag (turned out it was, after all, in that bag), made zero apologies for the goof up and to add to the insult, started talking in Tamil indicating that it was somehow my mistake! Bad service. Rude staff.
Deceptively large local supermarket with a good range of wares. Toiletries, tinned and packaged food, fresh fruit and veg dairy and deli, lots of herbs and spices and good range of soft and alcoholic drinks. My daughter particularly likes the huge range of sweets.
